Sophie Humbert is a Senior Executive with 20+ years of experience in the medtech industry, with a strong track record of bringing innovation from concept to market. She has been CEO, COO, advisor and board member of several medtech start-up, with proven leadership, team building, and strategic skills. She has an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by start-ups, from managing resources, defining successful development plans and developing strategies to raise funds and finalize partnerships with strategic players.
During her career, she’s had the opportunity to develop and grow several companies, in Europe and the US. As a recent experience as COO of LimFlow, a pioneer in the development of minimally invasive technology for the treatment of chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), the efforts of the team led to the sale of the company for $415 million to Inari Medical (now Stryker).
Sophie holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Geneva, a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon and a Pharma doctorate from the University Claude Bernard in Lyon.
